Who we are

Beycik Nara Hotel, Başören Sokak No: 140, Beycik, 07982 Kemer / Antalya, Türkiye, is the data controller for the information you send through this website. You can reach us at info@beyciknararesort.com.tr.

What we collect and why

When you send a reservation request we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, country, dates, number of guests, and any message or service preferences. We use them only to answer your request and, if you book, to prepare your stay. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell or share them with third parties, other than the email service that delivers the request to us.

Legal basis

We process these details to take steps at your request before a possible booking, and with your explicit consent given in the form, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as Turkish accommodation and tax rules require.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. Your browser stores only your light/dark theme choice and the ticks on the packing list, on your own device. The trail maps load tiles from OpenFreeMap and terrain data from Amazon Web Services. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps: when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. The film is played from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only when you press play.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@beyciknararesort.com.tr. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

Photographs of the hotel are our own. Photographs of places around Beycik come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under the licences shown.
